At CancerCarePK, we strive to ensure that our customers receive genuine and high-quality medicines and healthcare products. Due to the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical items, our refund and return policy is as follows:

Return Eligibility
We only accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product received is damaged or defective
• Wrong product was delivered
• Product is expired at the time of delivery

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used medicines
• Temperature-sensitive products (e.g., injections, insulin)
• Products without original packaging

Return Request Time
You must request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Proof Requirement
Customers must provide:

• Order number
• Clear images of the product showing the issue

Refund Process
Once your return is approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
• Refund will be issued via original payment method or bank transfer

Shipping Charges

• If the error is from our side, we will bear the return shipping cost
• Otherwise, shipping charges are non-refundable

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
