Adrim 50 mg Injection (Doxorubicin) — Anthracycline Chemotherapy for Solid & Hematologic Cancers
Adrim 50 mg Injection contains doxorubicin hydrochloride, a potent chemotherapy medicine from the anthracycline class used in the treatment of many types of cancer including breast cancer, lymphomas (Hodgkin’s and non-Hodgkin’s), leukemias, ovarian and bladder cancers, and soft tissue sarcomas. Administered as an intravenous infusion under strict oncologist supervision, doxorubicin works by interfering with cancer cell DNA, preventing cells from multiplying and leading to cancer cell death. Due to possible cardiotoxicity, bone marrow suppression, and other systemic effects, treatment requires close monitoring with regular blood counts and cardiac function tests.
